Eastbourne, with its 85,000 inhabitants, lies on the South coast in the heart of East Sussex and at the edge of a large area of outstanding natural beauty, the South Downs.  It is situated approximately 19 miles east of the City of Brighton and Hove, 17 miles west of the seaside resort of Hastings and 60 miles south of London.

The town centre of Eastbourne, which has a variety of high street stores, boutique-style shops and cafes, is a comfortable 5 to 10 minute walk away from most of the houses.  The train station is also within easy walking distance, with trains running regularly to London (approx. journey time one and a half hours) and to Brighton and Hastings (each with a journey time of about 35 - 40 minutes). Trains also run regularly to Gatwick Airport (about 45 minutes).  Immediately to the west of the town you find the South Downs, a large area of countryside with the famous Beachy Head and Seven Sisters cliffs bordering the sea offering spectacular views and many beautiful walks.

The following holiday homes are usually only available during the summer period, i.e. from the middle of July to the end of September.


33 Seaford Road in Eastbourne

We offer a well maintained terraced house in Seaford Road. This house is larger than the other properties as it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge and a very spacious kitchen.The house was built in 1896 and very recently completely modernised. It now has a modern central heating system (combination boiler), refitted kitchen and bathrooms, new carpets fixtures and fittings. Living and dining room still have the original Victorian fireplaces.

The house is situated only about 250 metres from the beach in a quiet road in the popular Redoubt residential area. The town centre is about 1.2 kilometres away, only about 500 metres away there is a large shopping centre with a Tesco store. (see town plan)

The peaceful, spacious and generous accommodation offered at 33 Seaford Road is ideal for families and groups of up to 5 persons. This accommodation is ideally located for either a beach or a walking holiday or as a base for exploring the countryside and points of historical interest both locally or further afield.

Price: Full occupancy (4-5 people): £390 per week (Saturday to Saturday). Prices for smaller groups and short breaks available on request.

Much closer to the town centre of Eastbourne, is the holiday home in Ashford Road (see town plan). The house is situated about 600 metres from the beach and 300 meters from the town centre. This three bedroom, two bathroom property was renovated a few years ago and provides accommodation for up to 6 persons.
